Our four double bedrooms have been designed on the theme of flowers, paying warm homage to poppies, tulips, sunflowers and callas. The studio apartment takes inspiration from Japan, while the two apartments (for 2-3 and 2-7 guests) have borrowed the Provençal style. The 12.5 acres of grounds contain two streams, two vineyards producing a very natural and fragrant Rossese DOC, olive-trees giving oil of outstanding quality, Mediterranean vegetables, fig and various other fruit trees. With all these products, Cinzia concoct a varied cuisine, brimming with colour and bearing an open mind to other types of world cooking (courgette flowers, for example, cooked in batter tempura-style).
In this luxuriant setting, restfulness is guaranteed, though there’s also a wide choice of activities. Among her many skills, Cinzia, a qualified translator, is also a sommelière and tourist guide. She can thus suggest many ideas for excursions and organize courses (biodance, yoga, verbal communication…) to make your stay truly unforgettable.
