A beautiful three-room apartment with independent entrance from the east. It has two large terraces, one facing north-east, the other west with a splendid panorama view, both located on the entrance floor, reachable via a short staircase.
The three-room apartment on two levels is composed of :
level one: Living room with kitchenette and TV corner and access to the two terraces; bathroom with shower and toilet; very romantic double room or « delle Farfalle » because of the murals that decorate it.
In the living room, the sofa bed turns into a single or double bed if needed.
On the upper floor there is the attic divided into two areas south and north which houses the beds for children or young people: 3 single beds (orthopedic mattresses of great comfort) laid on a raised Japanese-style platform to the north and a bed on the south side, double bed and a sofa that hides another single bed. Two panoramic windows, one to the east and one to the west, ventilate this attic of about 47 square meters.
Breakfast is not included but can be added at a supplement of 8,50 euro per person per day
Note that the apartment is equipped with only one bathroom and is therefore made available by law from 2 to a maximum of 7 people despite having 10 beds.
